Executives and Employees Reaffirm Commitment to Transparent Management
Park Byung-hee Emphasizes Importance of Ethical Leadership in Cooperative Insurance
NH NongHyup Life Insurance announced on the 6th that it held a resolution meeting on the 5th at the 12th-floor conference room of NongHyup Life Insurance headquarters, attended by about 100 executives and employees to reaffirm their commitment to practicing ethical management.
The executives and employees pledged to take the lead in realizing a transparent insurance company by practicing ethical management with the mindset that they represent NongHyup anytime and anywhere through the reading of the "Ethical Management Practice Resolution."
Park Byung-hee, CEO of NH NongHyup Life Insurance, said, "As NongHyup Life Insurance is a cooperative insurance company, ethical leadership is emphasized even more," adding, "We will use this resolution as an opportunity to build a NongHyup Life Insurance that is more trusted by farmers and customers."
This year, NongHyup Life Insurance plans to carry out various ethical management activities, including strengthening ethics education for leaders, launching a campaign to recommend honest employees, and conducting a campaign to prevent power abuse.
