According to the police and prosecution, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office did not accept the police's arrest warrant for Kim, who is accused of trespassing on a jointly owned building, on that day.

A prosecution official explained, "Considering the circumstances related to the arrest and the collected evidence comprehensively, it is difficult to see that detention investigation is absolutely necessary at this stage."

Kim, the operator of the YouTube channel 'Kim Sarang Siin,' was arrested by the police the day before. She also live-streamed the process of storming the court on YouTube.

Kim's side reportedly claimed during the police investigation that Kim was carrying a press ID belonging to a certain media outlet and stayed inside the court premises for only about five minutes.
