About 40,000 people flocked to the first-priority subscription for 'Raemian One Perla' in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the first Gangnam area housing complex to be sold this year.

The type with the most applicants was the 59㎡A type, which attracted 10,680 applicants for 35 units, closing with a competition rate of 305.14 to 1.
The national standard size of 84㎡ recorded a competition rate of 134.28 to 1 based on type B.
For the special supply held on the 3rd, 18,129 applicants applied for 241 units, recording an average competition rate of 84.7 to 1.
Raemian One Perla is a complex supplied through the reconstruction and maintenance project of Bangbae 6 District, consisting of 16 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 22 floors, with a total of 1,097 households. The sale price is in the range of 2.2 to 2.4 billion KRW for the 84㎡ exclusive use type.
As a complex subject to the price ceiling system, it offers a price difference of over 500 million KRW compared to surrounding complexes and attracted much interest from many buyers due to the absence of a mandatory residence period.
The announcement of winners will be on the 12th, and the contract signing for winners will take place over four days from the 24th to the 27th of the same month.
