Daewoo E&C Launches 276 Units of Blanc Summit 74 Officetel in Busan

Daewoo E&C announced on the 4th that it will begin selling the Blanc Summit 74 officetel located in Beomil-dong, Dong-gu, Busan, later this month. Blanc Summit 74 is a complex consisting of three apartment buildings and one officetel building, with the apartments having been sold last year. The current supply includes 276 officetel units.

The complex is being developed in the Bukhang area, where redevelopment projects are underway, and is close to Busan Metro Line 1's Jwacheon Station and Beomil Station, as well as Line 2's Munhyeon Station. There are elementary and high schools nearby, and it is close to Seomyeon, Busan's commercial and financial hub. The new officetel will feature a green system capable of real-time energy management, LED lighting, and electric vehicle charging facilities. All units will have a ceiling height of 2600 mm, with specialized kitchens and bathrooms. Storage-focused designs, built-in wardrobes, and dry washbasins will be applied to some units.

The parking space ratio is 1.7 spaces per unit, and the underground parking lot is designed for direct access to each unit. The model house is located near Exit 13 of Centum City Station in Haeundae-gu, Busan. Move-in is scheduled for the end of 2028.
