Lotte Homeshopping announced on the 4th that it will expand live on-site broadcasts overseas, considering the popularity of the Italy local live broadcast 'Ittaly (ittaly) It-tem' presented through its live commerce platform 'L Live'.

Ittaly It-tem is an overseas direct purchase program that sells Italian food, beauty, and living products that are difficult to find domestically through local live broadcasts. Since it started regular broadcasts on the 6th of last month, it has emphasized on-site live broadcasting as a differentiator of live commerce and introduced unique content. Last year, it attracted attention by conducting underwater live broadcasts for aquarium ticket sales and on-site broadcasts at beauty pop-up stores.


The broadcasts regularly selling popular products such as fashion and beauty at Lotte Department Store Jamsil Branch showed an average order amount per session four times higher compared to general broadcasts. Considering the high response to on-site live broadcasts, Lotte Homeshopping decided to introduce local live broadcasts overseas beyond Korea. The scope will be expanded to various countries such as France in the future.


Also, starting this month, the Ittaly It-tem programming will be expanded from once a week to three times a week, and the variety of products sold will be diversified. On the 6th, 'Rosana Candy,' famous for gluten-free vegan snacks, will be sold, and on the 10th, 'Cafeloen Coffee Beans,' which won first place in 2023 at the Superior Taste Award, one of Europe's representative taste evaluation competitions, will be sold.


Unique broadcasts featuring influencers and virtual show hosts will also be introduced. On the 10th, actress Yoon So-i will appear to introduce scalp treatments, and on the 13th, a digital show host realized through artificial intelligence (AI) technology will sell beauty products.
