Yangsan-si Launches 'Good Prepayment' Campaign to Support Local Alley Businesses

Yangsan Small Business Association, Mulgeum-eup Residents' Autonomy Committee, and Saemaul Association Join the Initiative

On the 3rd, Yangsan City in Gyeongnam conducted a campaign promoting the "Good Prepayment" initiative at restaurants designated as "Good Price Businesses" to help revitalize local alley markets and support small business owners' cash flow management.

Since last month, Yangsan City has been encouraging each department to spend more than 20% of their business promotion expenses at local restaurants through the "Good Prepayment" program until the 20th of this month.


The campaign was attended by Mayor Na Dong-yeon, Woo Hyun-wook, President of the Yangsan Small Business Association, Jo Cheok-rae, Chairman of the Mulgeum-eup Residents' Autonomy Committee, and Baek Hwa-jin, Chairman of the Mulgeum-eup Saemaul Association, who pledged private sector participation in the "Good Prepayment" initiative.


Mayor Na Dong-yeon stated, "We hope that many companies and individuals who are able to do so will participate in the 'Good Prepayment' to alleviate the economic burden on small business owners," and added, "We also expect small business owners to actively participate by offering discounts and benefits to those who prepay."
