Gijang-gun Jeonggwan-eup Administrative Welfare Center Operates Resident Participation Welfare Communication Space ‘Jeong Ullim’

Convenient Welfare Services
Utilizing the KakaoTalk Channel

Busan Gijang-gun Jeonggwan-eup Administrative Welfare Center (Eupjang Song Young-jong) announced on the 3rd that it will continue to operate the KakaoTalk channel ‘Jeong(情)Ullim,’ a welfare communication space for resident participation, this year as well.

‘Jeong Ullim’ delivers various welfare information to residents to meet their welfare needs while serving as a welfare consultation and reporting window to identify welfare blind spots.

Using the Kakao channel, it provides ▲welfare information ▲a reporting window for households in crisis ▲non-face-to-face welfare consultation chats, establishing itself as a welfare communication space where residents actively participate.

To use the service, search for ‘Jeong Ullim’ in the search bar at the top of the KakaoTalk friends screen and add the channel to start using it immediately. The news board offers various welfare-related information, and through the chat window, residents can report households in crisis or receive welfare consultations, making it convenient for those who find it difficult to visit in person.

Song Young-jong, Jeonggwan-eup Mayor, said, “I hope ‘Jeong Ullim’ will be activated as a communication space where residents can easily access the welfare information they need and also help neighbors in need,” adding, “We will prepare and implement multifaceted support measures to eliminate welfare blind spots in the region and ensure that residents can live happily and safely.”
