The '2025 Town and Township Annual Visits' initiative, launched by Taean County Governor Gasero to mark the new Eulsa Year, has concluded successfully with the participation of a total of 1,220 residents from eight towns and townships.

According to the county on the 3rd, Governor Ga visited eight towns and townships over eight days, starting with Gonam-myeon on January 14 and ending with Sowon-myeon on January 24, gathering enthusiastic responses while listening to a variety of opinions, including a total of 340 suggestions.

This annual visit was organized to share with residents the achievements of the 8th popularly elected administration, as well as this year's county administration policies and directions, and to provide an opportunity for in-depth discussion on the current issues facing each town and township.

In particular, the visit was coordinated with the 'Practical Training for Farmers' conducted by the Taean County Agricultural Technology Center to ensure efficient use of time. Governor Ga also visited senior centers in each town and township to offer encouragement, focusing on meeting and communicating naturally with residents from various backgrounds who previously had few opportunities for such encounters.

Additionally, the visit helped address residents' questions about major projects underway in each area and effectively conveyed the county's commitment to long-term regional development by outlining the future vision and direction of the 8th administration, which has now reached its halfway point.

The county plans to conduct on-site inspections and establish plans for the residents' suggestions, carefully reviewing the urgency and effectiveness of each issue in order to take the best possible action from the residents' perspective.

Governor Gasero stated, "This visit to the towns and townships was an opportunity to share the county's major policies for the new Eulsa Year and to hear the honest opinions of our residents. I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the residents who participated," adding, "We will continue to listen more closely to the voices of our residents and strive to build a Taean where everyone can prosper."
