This project is a scholarship program that provides 150,000 KRW per month for dormitory fees to university students from Osan who face difficulties commuting long distances. Eligible applicants are young people registered as residents in Osan City as of the announcement date, and selected students must complete their dormitory application according to each dormitory's regular recruitment schedule.

Recruitment for four dormitories outside the capital region has been completed, and recruitment for four dormitories located in Seoul is expected to close early this month. For the Seoul dormitories, applications for ▲Hongje Happy Dormitory ▲Gaebong-dong Youth Housing ▲Doksan-dong Youth Housing will close on the 5th, and ▲Dongsomun Happy Dormitory will close on the 7th. Those wishing to apply can do so through the Happy Dormitory website.
