394 Units of 59 and 74㎡ for General Sale
First Sky Lounge Introduced in Daejeon
Lotte Construction announced on the 3rd that it will be selling units of ‘Daejeon Lotte Castle The First’ in Gao-dong, Dong-gu, Daejeon this month.
This is the first ‘Lotte Castle’ brand complex in Daejeon. It consists of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 33 above-ground floors, with a total exclusive area of 59,120㎡ and 952 households. Among these, 394 units of 59㎡ and 74㎡ types will be sold to the general public.
The layout is mainly south-facing with a 4-bay slab-type structure to maximize lighting and ventilation. Views of Daejeoncheon Stream, Bomunsan Mountain, and Sikjangsan Mountain are secured.
For the first time in Daejeon, resident-exclusive spaces such as a ‘Sky Lounge’ and ‘Sky Guest House’ are introduced. Seasonal storage rooms are provided for all households. Various community facilities including an indoor golf club, GX room, sauna, study room, book cafe, kids’ room, and daycare center are also available.
The complex is connected to Daejeon-ro and Daejeong-ro, providing good access to the city center. Panam IC (Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway) and Namdaejeon IC (Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway) are nearby, making it easy to use the metropolitan transportation network. Daejeon Station is adjacent, allowing access to KTX, SRT, and Subway Line 1. The Chungcheong Regional Metropolitan Railroad is scheduled to open in 2026, and the Tram on Subway Line 2 is planned for 2028.
Homeplus, CGV cinema, Dong-gu Office, Gao Library, and Dong-gu Cultural Center are also nearby. Elementary, middle, and high schools as well as academies are close. Redevelopment promotion districts and New Deal projects are underway in Dong-gu, Daejeon. An urban convergence special zone is being established in the Daejeon Station area, expected to transform into the ‘Daejeon version of Pangyo Techno Valley.’
