The programs offered this time include seven fields: ▲Level 2 Traffic Safety Instructor ▲Building Management Specialist ▲Level 2 Organization and Storage Consultant ▲Level 2 Personal Color Director ▲Apartment Interior Expert ▲Color Psychology and Fragrance (Perfume) Expert ▲National Certification Course for Beautician (Nail). Following private certification courses, national certification courses are also provided to reflect the needs of residents.

The curriculum is carefully structured to allow students to balance theoretical classes and practical training, enabling them to utilize the acquired certifications for employment and entrepreneurship. Various programs are also being developed to encourage participation from younger generations and male learners.

Students who attend more than 80% of the classes will receive a certificate of completion and can obtain the relevant certification. For those seeking employment, support is provided through linkage with the Jung-gu Job Plus Center for job registration and counseling. Additionally, communities will be activated for each program, and performance-sharing meetings will be held to support networking among students with similar interests.

Last year, 198 people participated in the Job Competency Enhancement Program operated by the district through 13 courses, and among them, 106 obtained related certifications.

Residents of Jung-gu interested in participating in the program can apply through ‘Jung-gu Office Website > Guide by Field > Lifelong Learning > Lifelong Learning Program Guide > Lifelong Learning Program Registration.’ Tuition is completely free, and students are responsible for material costs, textbook fees, and certification acquisition expenses.
