The Korea Righting Movement Headquarters (Daegukbon) held a 'National Rally Against Impeachment' around Gwanghwamun from 1 p.m. that day. According to the organizers, about 3 million people participated, while the police unofficially estimated 38,000 participants.
Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon claimed, "If 10 million people gather on March 1st, Yoon Suk-yeol will return," adding, "We can change the constitution or anything." Participants waved Taegeukgi and the U.S. flag, shouting slogans such as "Release President Yoon Suk-yeol" and "Impeachment invalid."
The Emergency Action for Yoon Suk-yeol’s Immediate Resignation and Social Reform held the '9th Pan-Citizen Grand March' near Gwanghwamun at 4 p.m. that day. They raised their voices demanding, "Dismiss Yoon Suk-yeol immediately."
Kim Min-moonjung, co-chair of the Emergency Action, said, "It is impossible to end the rebellion without uncovering the truth and imposing strict punishment," and added, "The special investigation law on rebellion must be legislated immediately. Let us completely end the rebellious acts of Yoon Suk-yeol and the anti-constitutional forces such as the People Power Party through the power of the citizens."
The police deployed about 240 traffic officers around the rally and march routes to minimize citizen inconvenience caused by traffic congestion.
