The Recovery Support Headquarters is composed of the Recovery Support General Team, Disaster Relief and Psychological Support Team, Recovery Support Team, and Disaster Resource Support Team, led by Jo Deok-jin, Director of the Disaster Recovery Support Bureau at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

They will promote emergency recovery management of damaged facilities and relief activities for disaster victims staying in temporary housing to stabilize the affected areas as soon as possible.

Additionally, damage reports will be received from local governments where damage has occurred, on-site investigations will be conducted, and if necessary, recovery support plans will be reviewed through a central government joint investigation.

Damage reports for private property will be accepted until the 7th of next month, and damage surveys for public facilities will be conducted until the 5th of next month.

According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, as of 11 a.m. on the day of the heavy snowfall, 13 cases of livestock barn collapses?including pig, cattle, and goat barns?and one case of vinyl greenhouse collapse occurred, mainly in the Chungcheong and Jeonbuk regions.

Lee Han-kyung, Director of the Disaster Safety Management Headquarters at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, said, "Because the snow covers the area, access to the damaged regions is difficult, and it will take time to investigate and assess the extent of the damage. We will do our best to recover and stabilize the affected areas quickly in cooperation with related agencies."
