Zigbang Enhances Property Listing Analysis... 'Jikim' Service Revamped

Providing Reports on Building Registers and Rights
Bridging the Information Gap Between Tenants and Real Estate Agents

Real estate brokerage platform Zigbang is strengthening the provision of property information for tenants.

Zigbang announced on the 27th that it has renamed its existing 'Jikim Brokerage' service to 'Jikim' and newly introduced the property analysis service 'Jikim Diagnosis'.

'Jikim' blocks false listings and only provides properties whose transaction feasibility has been verified. The newly added 'Jikim Diagnosis' offers reports analyzing building registers, rights information (trusts, mortgages, provisional seizures, tenant registration orders, etc.), certified copies of the register, and whether the property is a violation building. It also includes precautions and special agreements for contracts.

Zigbang also introduced 'Jikim Contract,' where Zigbang real estate experts participate in contracts. When affiliated brokers or users mutually agree and request this service, Zigbang partners directly participate in the contract to help ensure a safe transaction.

Ansungwoo, CEO of Zigbang, said, "Through the renewed Jikim service, we aim to provide the safest real estate transaction experience by offering property diagnosis information in advance. We will continue to strive to guarantee tenants' right to know and establish a fair and reasonable real estate transaction environment."

'Jikim' was launched targeting the market that lost trust due to the 2023 Jeonse fraud issue. Currently, the service is available in 79 cities, counties, and districts across six regions: Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Busan, and Jeonbuk.
