Unemployed Youth Aged 18 to 39 in Goyang City
Goyang Special City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 25th that it will recruit youth administrative experience trainees for the first half of 2025 from February 3 to 9.
The "Youth Administrative Experience Training" program provides unemployed youth in Goyang City with opportunities to experience city administration on-site, aiming to help them explore career paths and develop workplace adaptation skills.
This training will select a total of 43 trainees, including 16 specialized positions where participants can gain practical experience by utilizing their certifications, majors, or career backgrounds. The selected trainees will be assigned to city and district offices, libraries, and other institutions to gain experience in public administrative tasks such as administrative support, program operation support, and database management.
The training period is from March 10 to May 30, 2025, with daily training hours of 7 hours. The days and hours may be adjusted depending on the working conditions of the assigned department (institution). The training allowance will be paid at an hourly rate of 11,020 KRW, based on Goyang City's living wage.
Applicants must be unemployed youth aged 18 to 39 who are registered residents of Goyang City as of the application date. Applications can only be submitted online through the Goyang City website. Final selection will be made after the first round (random computerized drawing) and the second round (document review and interview).
