Online Lowest Price Benefits and AI-Based Custom Product Recommendations
Pulmuone announced on the 24th that starting this month, it has launched the operation of a closed welfare platform called 'Emembership,' which can be used by Pulmuone employees as well as employees of major client companies and partner companies, in response to the increasing demand for customized employee welfare services.
Emembership is a coined term combining Employee and Membership, and it is a customized AI welfare platform for Pulmuone employees and major clients and partners. Currently, Emembership offers over 1,500 products ranging from convenience foods to health supplements, office supplies, daily necessities, and electronic products.
Pulmuone initially opened the service to its own employees and plans to expand the user base by selecting major clients, including large-scale outsourced catering sites of Pulmuone Food & Culture, as strategic business sites. Additionally, the number of products available for sale will be expanded to over 5,000.
Emembership provides online lowest price benefits so that users can purchase products at reasonable prices in this era of high inflation. Users can buy B2C (business-to-consumer) products listed on Pulmuone’s integrated brand shopping platform '#(Shop)Pulmuone' at prices lower than the online lowest prices.
Furthermore, Pulmuone actively utilized AI technology to ensure price benefits. To analyze and provide the online lowest prices to customers, an AI-based lowest price extraction model combining OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology with machine learning, deep learning, and LLM (Large Language Model) specialized in lowest price search was employed. Emembership also offers an AI-based 'custom recommendation' feature reflecting customers’ interests.
