They continued, "Currently, the investigative authorities are investigating the cases we have filed," and emphasized, "We will continue to monitor and take legal action against criminal acts targeting our artists." They added, "Under no circumstances will we settle with perpetrators or seek leniency; we will respond firmly."
The period around October last year mentioned by Sublime coincides with the time when suspicions arose on online communities that 'Han So-hee was Hyeri's malicious commenter.' In March last year, Han So-hee officially confirmed her relationship with actor Ryu Jun-yeol after reports of sightings in Hawaii spread. However, they broke up after two weeks. During this process, Hyeri, Ryu Jun-yeol's ex-girlfriend, posted "Interesting" on SNS, sparking suspicions of a rebound relationship, and Han So-hee responded with "I find it interesting too," placing the three at the center of controversy.
Then, it was discovered that an account that left malicious comments on Hyeri's SNS was followed by actor Jeon Jong-seo, who is close to Han So-hee. Moreover, the profile picture of the account was identical to a photo posted on Han So-hee's SNS, leading some netizens to speculate that it was Han So-hee's 'secondary account.' The timing of the account's creation in March, when the 'rebound relationship suspicion' between Han So-hee and Ryu Jun-yeol surfaced, further fueled the speculation. Many questions were also raised about Jeon Jong-seo following the account. However, Jeon Jong-seo's side stated, "It is a private matter, so we cannot confirm."
As the controversy grew, Han So-hee also denied the allegations, stating, "The account of the netizen (who left malicious comments) exposed by the media is not Han So-hee's secondary account." However, netizens' speculation and criticism continued. In response, Han So-hee's side issued a second statement saying, "If this is not true, we will hold all responsible parties legally accountable," and "We ask that unverified speculation be refrained from," reiterating that the account does not belong to Han So-hee.
