Samsung Electronics Service to Provide 'Repair Service' During Four-Day Lunar New Year Holiday

Nine Weekend Care Centers Open on the 26th, 27th, and 30th

Samsung Electronics Service will provide emergency services during the Lunar New Year holiday for customers who need repairs for smartphones and home appliances.

According to Samsung Electronics Service on the 24th, on the first day of the Lunar New Year holiday, the 25th, all 170 service centers nationwide will be open, offering repair services for mobile phones, tablets, and more from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. On the same day, the 'Weekend Care Center' will operate only until 6 p.m., and the Samsung Gangnam Center's operating hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Weekend Care Centers, operated for the convenience of Galaxy product users, are located in nine places: Seoul (Gangnam, Hongdae), Gyeonggi (Bucheon Jungdong, Seongnam, Yongin Guseong), Daejeon, Gwangju Gwangsan, Namdaegu, and Busan Dongnae. On the 26th, 27th, and 30th, repair services for mobile phones, tablets, and wearables can also be used through advance reservations.

During the holiday period, if urgent inspection of home appliances such as refrigerators not freezing or cooling is needed, an 'Emergency On-site Service' will also be provided.
