The on-site staff said, "Although the performance hall lighting and the console controlling the lighting are insufficient for the scale of Seobitmaru Performance Hall, we are making efforts for the audience who come to watch the performances," and added, "We are glad to be able to show higher-quality performances to the audience with the new lighting console."
Councilor Kim said, "As I also play the saxophone and have experienced that the level of performance varies depending on the sound equipment, I hope this purchase of the lighting console will encourage the staff who work hard for the performances," and added, "I hope Seobitmaru Cultural Center will be reborn as a representative performance hall of Seo-gu."
He continued, "It is regrettable that equipment purchases are being promoted even though it has been less than a year since the opening of Seobitmaru Cultural Center," and added, "Proper equipment should have been established considering the level of planned performances at the time of opening."
