Silla University (President Heo Nam-sik) announced on the 22nd that its University Job Plus Center held the ‘Silla After School’ program to support the employment success of graduates and prospective graduates.
Silla University operates the ‘Silla After School’ program, which provides all the resources and information necessary for job preparation to help graduates and prospective graduates quickly enter the labor market.
Students participating in ‘Silla After School’ receive systematic support for employment success, ranging from writing self-introduction letters using AI, personalized job search and application through one-on-one coaching with experts, to follow-up services.
Following the first ‘Silla After School’ held in December under the theme ‘JOB-GO,’ the second session was held on January 16 at the Youth Dream Center’s 2nd-floor training room with the theme ‘ONE DAY Employment Adaptation Camp.’
The students who participated in this program responded positively to the practical employment program designed to strengthen the capabilities of unemployed youth, which included △ completing self-introduction letters using AI △ attractive one-minute self-introductions △ job search by occupation △ job matching.
Jang Hee-jung, head of the University Job Plus Center at Silla University, said, “We plan to develop various programs to provide practical employment support for graduates and prospective graduates,” adding, “We will continue our efforts to support employment even after graduation and will spare no effort in supporting local youth employment.”
