Anseong-si, Special Guarantee and Interest Subsidy Support for Small Business Owners

Expansion of Support with Increased Contribution and Interest Subsidy Funds
Low-Interest Loans of up to 50 Million KRW Now Available

On the 21st, Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced that it will implement the '2025 Special Guarantee and Interest Subsidy Support Project for Small Business Owners' to restore the livelihood economy.

The special guarantee is a system where the city allocates its budget to the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation to enable small business owners with low credit ratings or insufficient collateral, who find it difficult to obtain bank loans, to receive loans. The interest subsidy project supports the interest difference on small business loans at 3% for the first year and 1.5% for the second year.

This year, the city expanded the special guarantee contribution fund to 1 billion KRW, increasing by 100 million KRW from 900 million KRW last year. The interest subsidy fund was also increased by 100 million KRW, from 180 million KRW to 280 million KRW.

Small business owners who have had a business location in Anseong City and have been operating for more than two months are eligible to apply, and can receive low-interest loans up to 50 million KRW per business. Interested parties can apply at the Anseong branch of the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation.
