According to the legal community on the 21st, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office filed arrest warrants the previous day for 46 people who were arrested on charges including breaking into the Western District Court and damaging property.

Additionally, arrest warrants were requested for a total of 63 people, including 17 individuals who blocked vehicles of the High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Unit (Gongu-cheo), assaulted police officers, and climbed over the walls to enter the Western District Court.

Earlier, on the 19th, when an arrest warrant was issued for President Yoon, supporters of President Yoon stormed into the Western District Court, assaulted police officers, and caused chaos by breaking fixtures.

The police had previously applied for arrest warrants for 66 of the 90 people arrested for illegal acts at the Western District Court. The prosecution decided to dismiss the warrant applications for three of them, judging that further investigation was necessary.

Five people accused of obstructing official duties underwent pre-arrest hearings (warrant substantive examinations) the previous day. The court issued arrest warrants for two of them, citing concerns about the risk of flight.
