This event was promoted as part of the '2024 Yangpyeong-gun Love Briquette Collection Campaign' project to support vulnerable groups in the community to have a warm winter during the cold season, providing electric blankets, electric heaters, and other heating supplies to about 157 low-income vulnerable households in the area.

Through the heating supplies support project, the economic burden on vulnerable households will be alleviated, and during the delivery of goods to each household, safety checks will be conducted in preparation for the severe cold, ensuring the well-being of vulnerable groups during winter.

Governor Jeon Jin-seon of Yangpyeong-gun expressed gratitude, saying, “We thank the donors who contributed funds for our neighbors in need during the severe cold season and the Yangpyeong-gun Disabled Welfare Center for promoting the heating supplies support project.” He added, “We will continue to prepare sustainable and diverse protection measures so that vulnerable groups around us can spend a warm winter.”

Meanwhile, Yangpyeong-gun and the Gyeonggi Social Welfare Community Chest are promoting the 'Love Briquette Collection Campaign' until the 31st to help low-income residents in the area have a warm winter.
