The Women's Association Council of Ulleung-gun, Gyeongbuk, donated 1 million KRW to the 'Hope 2025 Sharing Campaign' on the 17th to support vulnerable groups within Ulleung-gun.

The donation ceremony was attended by Nam Han-kwon, the county governor, Park Seon-ok, president of the Ulleung-gun Women's Association Council, and its members. The donated funds will be used to support vulnerable groups in the region through the Gyeongbuk Community Chest of Korea.
Park Seon-ok, president of the Ulleung-gun Women's Association Council, said, "As we welcome the New Year, I thank the members who have come together with warm hearts to help neighbors in need." She added, "We will continue to practice the spirit of sharing through ongoing volunteer activities and donations as members of our local community."
County Governor Nam Han-kwon expressed his gratitude, saying, "I thank the Ulleung-gun Women's Association Council for leading the support for vulnerable groups in our community who need a warm helping hand." He also stated, "We will ensure that the precious donation is properly delivered to neighbors in need within the region."
