Chae Eunji, a proportional representative member of Gwangju Metropolitan Council from the Democratic Party of Korea, has been appointed as a member of the "Special Committee for Strengthening the Expertise of Policy Support in Local Councils" under the Council of Chairs of Provincial and Metropolitan Councils of Korea.

The "Special Committee for Strengthening the Expertise of Policy Support in Local Councils" is a special body composed of city and provincial council members under the Council of Chairs of Provincial and Metropolitan Councils of Korea, and its term lasts until June 30.

On the 18th, Chae stated, "Through the activities of the special committee, I will strive to establish a systematic and effective professional personnel system to strengthen the expertise of legislative activities," and added, "I will also do my best in legislative activities to amend laws related to policy professional support personnel."
