The 20 million KRW support fund delivered on this day will be provided as safety items such as winter shoes and safety vests to about 300 elderly waste paper collectors in Ulsan through the Ulsan Community Chest of Korea.
So Yoo-seop, Head of Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters, said, “Through this sharing, I hope the elderly waste paper collectors have a safe and warm winter,” and added, “We will continue to contribute to creating a warm local community so that no neighbors are left out.”
Mayor Kim Doo-gyeom said, “I hope the elderly waste paper collectors, who suffer from double hardships due to economic difficulties and severe cold, have a warm winter,” and stated, “We will continuously practice walking with the vulnerable so that no citizens are marginalized amid difficulties.”
