Jaksim Lounge Opens 350-Pyeong Directly Managed Shared Office Near Sicheong Station

The shared office brand ‘Jaksim Lounge’ announced that it will open a new directly managed branch near Seoul City Hall Station, covering approximately 350 pyeong.


Jaksim Lounge is a brand launched by ‘Jaksim,’ the number one study cafe and reading room brand in Korea, to target the shared office market. Following the directly managed branches at Songsan Green City, Yeoksam, and Sinchon Supgil, the Seoul City Hall Station branch is also being launched as a directly managed store, rapidly expanding its presence.


Seoul City Hall Station is a transfer station for subway lines 1 and 2, surrounded by many landmark buildings within a 500-meter radius, including Seoul City Hall, Seoul Plaza, and Deoksugung Palace. It is a representative office district in Seoul, encircled by subway stations in all directions: Gwanghwamun Station on line 5, Seodaemun Station, Jonggak Station on line 1, Euljiro Station on line 2, and Hoehyeon Station on line 4.


Jaksim Lounge is designed as a space that simultaneously satisfies ‘study, work, and rest.’ It offers light workspaces suitable for freelancers, one-person businesses, office workers, and remote workers, as well as meeting rooms that can substitute for insufficient conference rooms. Amenities include unlimited free coffee and snacks, massage chairs, and stylers, all designed considering the characteristics of the commercial district.


A representative of Jaksim Lounge stated, “Based on years of experience and know-how operating study cafe and reading room brands, we launched Jaksim Lounge to keep pace with the changing market. We plan to continuously develop differentiated space designs and services that enhance convenience and efficiency for users in major office districts.”


ING Story is evolving into a specialized space company by launching the study cafe/reading room brand ‘Jaksim,’ the shared office brand ‘Jaksim Lounge,’ the non-resident office brand ‘Jaksim Space,’ and ‘Jaksim Office,’ which covers the entire real estate transaction spectrum including leasing services, brokerage, and office management for small buildings and small-to-medium-sized real estate.


Meanwhile, the Jaksim Lounge Seoul City Hall Station branch is located in a building in Taepyeongno 2-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul. ‘Jaksim Office’ signed a master lease contract through collaboration with Shin Young Asset, a real estate asset management specialist. The first and second floors will house F&B brands to provide customers with experience and convenience, the third floor will be operated as Jaksim Lounge, and the fourth and fifth floors will function as shared offices.
