Holding Job Fair in Collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups
Kim Moon-soo, Minister of Employment and Labor, stated on the 16th, "In March, we will collaborate with related ministries such as the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to hold the '2025 Korea Job Fair' and conduct monthly regional recruitment events to resolve the job mismatch between youth and excellent companies."
On the same day, Minister Kim visited the Seoul Northern Employment Welfare+ Center located in Nowon-gu, Seoul, and said, "Due to concerns about employment instability in the first half of this year, we plan to focus our efforts on stabilizing jobs and livelihoods through cooperation among related ministries, local governments, and universities centered around 102 Employment Welfare+ Centers nationwide," he mentioned.

Minister Kim visited the site to check the execution status of various job projects and to listen to the voices of job seekers striving for employment. He inspected whether unemployment benefits and employment support services were being properly provided and requested efforts to ensure that the 'active employment support policy,' which offers one-on-one in-depth counseling services to help job seekers find employment quickly, is smoothly implemented on the ground.
Minister Kim said, "It is necessary to support youth, the future leaders, to find employment quickly," adding, "In cooperation with the Ministry of Education, we will identify 50,000 unemployed youth after graduation and provide employment support programs such as work experience and vocational training." He continued, "At the beginning of the year, we plan to conduct a full survey of graduates at more than 120 University Job Plus Centers nationwide and guide them on employment support policies."
