The legal team of President Yoon Seok-yeol has filed a petition for a review of the arrest warrant with the court.

Yoon Gap-geun, attorney for President Yoon, stated, "On the 15th, President Yoon Seok-yeol's legal team filed a petition for a review of the arrest warrant at the Seoul Central District Court."

Attorney Yoon explained the reason for the petition, saying, "The Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO) does not have investigative authority over the president's alleged charge of rebellion under the CIO Act, and the CIO's request for an arrest warrant violates exclusive jurisdiction, making it illegal."
