The morning low temperatures will range from -11 to -1 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs will be between 3 and 8 degrees Celsius, similar to or slightly lower than the average.

In areas under cold wave warnings such as northern and eastern Gyeonggi and inland and mountainous Gangwon, morning temperatures will drop to around -12 degrees Celsius until the 17th, with strong winds making the wind chill even colder.

From dawn, snow or rain will fall on the west coast and Jeolla area, and from morning, precipitation will occur in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, inland and mountainous Gangwon, and Jeju.

The expected snowfall over the two days from the 15th to 16th is 1 to 5 cm in southern inland Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous Gangwon, western coast of Chungnam, and northern Chungbuk, and around 1 cm in the Seoul metropolitan area and mid-mountain areas of Jeju.

During the same period, precipitation is expected to be less than 5 mm in southern Gyeonggi, western coast of Chungnam, northern Chungbuk, and less than 5 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and Jeju.

With snow still accumulated mainly in the central region and Jeolla area, continued snow and rain until the 16th will cause icy roads and black ice in many places, so caution is advised for traffic safety.

Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea nearshore waters, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, and 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
