According to the county, Governor Ga will start his visits on the 14th in Gonam-myeon, followed by △15th in Nam-myeon (Administrative Welfare Center) △16th in Geunheung-myeon (Administrative Welfare Center) △17th in Iwon-myeon (Comprehensive Welfare Center) △21st in Anmyeon-eup (Administrative Welfare Center) △22nd in Wonbuk-myeon (Ihwa Village Cheongsimgwan) △23rd in Taean-eup (Taean Culture Center) △24th in Sowon-myeon (Administrative Welfare Center), conducting the '2025 Town and Village New Year's Visits'.

This series of visits has been organized to mark 2025, the de facto final year of the 8th popularly elected administration, to share the county's administrative direction and policies for the year with residents and to have in-depth communication about local issues in each town and village.

In particular, the aim is to address residents' questions about major projects in each area as much as possible, foster a relaxed atmosphere through natural conversations, and efficiently utilize time by linking the schedule with the 'Practical Training for Farmers' offered by the Taean County Agricultural Technology Center.

Governor Ga plans to actively explain county policies in an easy-to-understand manner, visit senior centers in each town and village to offer encouragement, and engage in candid conversations with residents from all walks of life, especially those who have had fewer opportunities for such meetings in the past.

At the first visit held on the 14th at the Gonam-myeon Administrative Welfare Center, about 150 residents attended the 'Dialogue with Residents' event, presenting a variety of opinions and making the event a great success. The county stated that it will take action from the residents' perspective after on-site confirmation of suggestions and other necessary procedures.

Additionally, the county is determined to inform the proposers of the results of their suggestions and continue to manage them until they are resolved, ensuring that residents' opinions are actively reflected in county administration.

Governor Gase-ro said, "This meeting with residents will be a very good opportunity to listen closely to the opinions of the people for building a 'Happy Taean for Residents,'" and added, "I will make efforts to listen more humbly to the voices of the people and achieve groundbreaking development for Taean."

Meanwhile, during these town and village visits, the 'Dialogue with Residents' will begin at 1:30 p.m. on the day of each visit and is expected to last for about two hours.
