The Korean Patent Attorneys Association announced on the 15th that it held a New Year's greeting event at the Korean Patent Attorneys Association Hall in Seoul.

About 100 patent attorneys and intellectual property officials attended the event, including Kim Dugyu, President of the Patent Attorneys Association, Kim Jisoo, Head of the Strategic Planning Division of the National Intellectual Property Committee, Ye Bumsu, President of the Korea Intellectual Property Association, and Baek Mangi, President of the Intellectual Property Strategy Research Association.
President Kim of the Patent Attorneys Association stated, "This year, the Association will work to improve the quality of patent services by adjusting fees to realistic levels and will firmly respond to illegal patent activities by unqualified individuals that cause consumer harm." He added, "We will also focus our capabilities on strengthening the nation's intellectual property competitiveness."
