The Joint Investigation Headquarters (Gongjobon) arrested President Yoon Seok-yeol on the 15th on charges including leading a rebellion.

The Special Investigation Unit of the National Police Agency's National Investigation Headquarters announced that "at 10:33 a.m., the arrest warrant for President Yoon was executed."

Gongjobon is currently transporting President Yoon to the Government Complex Gwacheon. This is an unprecedented event in constitutional history, as a sitting president has been arrested by an investigative agency.
