‘HANCOM AI Academy’ Launches Intensive Training Program for Practical AI Engineers
Free Program Includes Incentives, Mentoring, and Employment Support

Hancom and the Korea Productivity Center announced on the 15th that they will launch the intensive training program ‘HANCOM AI Academy’ to cultivate practical artificial intelligence (AI) engineers.

Starting on the 31st, this program provides practical experience in AI solution development based on Hancom's advanced AI technology. Trainees will comprehensively learn both theory and practice of AI technology over a total of 6 months and 960 hours. The program adopts a project-based learning approach, focusing on developing practical skills by experiencing the actual work of AI engineers.

This program is free of charge and offers a training incentive of up to 2 million KRW. In addition, mentoring by current Hancom employees, company visits, integrated aptitude tests, overseas training for outstanding trainees, internship opportunities at Hancom, and employment linkage support are provided.

‘HANCOM AI Academy’ is a practical and professional educational course combining advanced AI technology and hands-on projects, expected to serve as a stepping stone for young people to build careers in AI and digital technology fields.

Jang Seung-hyun, head of Hancom, stated, “We will nurture young AI talents based on Hancom AI solutions,” adding, “We will do our best to cultivate practical AI advanced talents through professional employment support.”
