KIC to Publicly Recruit 27 Youth Interns in 2025

According to KIC, applications for the 2025 youth internship will be accepted from today until the 4th of next month. The number of recruits is ▲10 for investment management ▲6 for investment administration ▲5 for business administration. The disabled recruitment track (common job duties · 6 people) covers a total of 4 sectors. Overlapping applications across recruitment sectors are not allowed.

The hiring process will be conducted in a blind manner, disregarding academic background, major, and gender. Anyone aged 34 or younger, according to the Youth Employment Promotion Act, can apply. Successful candidates will work at KIC's Seoul headquarters for three months starting from March 24, gaining practical experience related to global investment operations.

KIC plans to support the enhancement of practical skills by providing basic job training related to investment and a mentoring program. KIC is scheduled to begin the open recruitment process for new employees around the time the youth internship ends this year. Additionally, outstanding youth interns will be given preferential treatment during the new employee recruitment.

Park Il-young, President of KIC, said, “Through the internship program, we aim to broaden practical understanding of overall overseas investment,” adding, “By linking the youth internship with the corporation’s open recruitment period, we intend to strengthen our HR system to systematically cultivate global investment experts at KIC.”
