The evaluation method in the interview exam is clearly defined with a scoring system of High (10 points), Medium (6 points), and Low (2 points), and measures to prevent human rights violations, such as disclosing only the applicant number when announcing successful candidates to protect personal information, are included.
Choi Hyun-joo, Director of the Planning and Coordination Division, said, "Through this recruitment guideline training, we expect all procedures in the recruitment process to be conducted transparently, which will greatly help foster a fair recruitment culture." She added, "We will do our best to eradicate favoritism and recruitment corruption in non-civil servant hiring to establish a clean public service environment."
