Launched in February 2023 based on Dongseo Food's over 50 years of coffee manufacturing technology and expertise, 'KANU BARISTA' features 9.5g of coffee beans?1.7 times more than conventional espresso capsules?allowing consumers to enjoy a rich Americano.

KANU BARISTA offers a total of 13 exclusive capsules, including Light Roast, Medium Roast, Dark Roast, Decaffeinated, and Single Origin, allowing individuals to enjoy a variety of coffees tailored to their preferences. In October last year, new capsules 'KANU Eternal Mountain' and 'KANU Serenity Moon Decaffein' were released. KANU Eternal Mountain blends strongly roasted beans to highlight a rich chocolate flavor, while KANU Serenity Moon Decaffein blends Ethiopian and Colombian beans to deliver a refreshing, clean, and smooth acidity reminiscent of green apples. The three Single Origin capsules launched in November 2023 are carefully selected limited-region beans from major coffee-producing areas such as Ethiopia, Colombia, and Indonesia, roasted using optimal methods.

The KANU BARISTA machines come in three models to suit users' lifestyles: the luxurious 'KANU BARISTA Urban' with premium materials and design, the simple-designed 'KANU BARISTA Breeze,' and the minimal-sized 'KANU BARISTA Pebble' suitable for use in small spaces. The patented 'Triangle Tamping' technology applied in the KANU BARISTA machines ensures consistent extraction, maintaining uniform coffee aroma and quality. Additionally, coffee is extracted at an ideal 18?22% golden yield called 'Golden Essence,' providing the most ideal taste. The 'Dual Nozzle Bypass' technology, where espresso and water are extracted from separate nozzles, delivers a cleaner-tasting Americano. Users can select the type of coffee and amount of water with one touch, and an ice-specific button allows easy enjoyment of iced Americano.
