'Reboot Camp' to Be Held
Featuring Participation from Joe Ferrario and Others
Netflix will hold the 'Reboot Camp' from the 13th to the 17th in collaboration with the Korean Film Council and the Korean Academy of Film Arts.
This is an educational program for emerging creators in the film and video field. It will be conducted at the Korean Film Council's Film Education Support Center for ten carefully selected graduates of the Korean Academy of Film Arts.
The instructors include writer and producer Joe Ferrario, who wrote TV series such as 'Deception' and 'The Flash,' and Michael Lehmann, director of 'Flakes' and '40 Days and 40 Nights.' They will share their extensive experience and know-how in film and series production and provide tailored advice through one-on-one mentoring sessions.
On the 18th, Netflix will also conduct writing and directing lectures for current students of the Korean Academy of Film Arts in Busan. A representative stated, "The driving force behind Korean content is the creators themselves," adding, "We will continue to collaborate with the Korean creative industry to contribute to strengthening the global competitiveness unique to K-content."
