At 9:52 a.m. that day, Park met with reporters at the National Investigation Headquarters of the National Police Agency and said, "I will sincerely cooperate with the investigation." This was Park's third appearance before the police, following his visits on the 10th and 11th.
The police are reportedly investigating whether Park received orders from higher-ups during the obstruction of the president's arrest and whether he instructed the deployment of military security personnel to prevent the arrest.
