Gyeonggi Province will hold the "2025 Joint Briefing Session on Support Projects for Small and Venture Businesses," where new year support policies for small businesses can be checked in one place, on the 24th.
Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Economic Science Promotion Agency announced on the 13th that they will hold a briefing session for about 250 small and venture businesses and prospective entrepreneurs in the province at the Gyeonggi Hall of the Gyeonggi Agency in Suwon Gwanggyo Technovalley. For companies that find it difficult to attend in person, a live broadcast will also be conducted via YouTube.
The briefing session will include related organizations such as Gyeonggi Province, Gyeonggi Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration, Small and Medium Business Corporation, Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, Gyeonggi Agency, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation, Gyeonggi Technopark, and KOTRA.

The briefing session will be divided into three sessions: ▲ Research and Development (R&D) support ▲ Market and export support ▲ Funding and financial support.
Each institution will introduce the support policies changed this year and major projects. On-site, a one-on-one consultation booth will also be operated to address the practical concerns of companies.
Kang Seong-cheon, president of the Gyeonggi Agency, emphasized, "This year, we plan to focus on creating a startup ecosystem, revitalizing region-based growth industries, and strengthening export competitiveness," adding, "We will spare no practical support so that small businesses can continue to grow despite the difficult external environment."
In addition to the briefing session on the day, the Gyeonggi Agency will hold a total of 21 visiting briefing sessions across the province starting from the 15th. It also plans to hold meetings with industrial complexes and economic organizations in the province to continuously reflect the voices from the field regarding support policies.
