Kim Jihyun Appointed as Inaugural Head of DX Center
Hyundai AutoEver has established an organization to develop and execute its Digital Experience (DX) strategy and has recruited an expert from Samsung SDS as the head of the organization.
On the 13th, Hyundai AutoEver announced the establishment of the new DX Center and the appointment of Executive Director Kim Ji-hyun as its inaugural head. DX encompasses concepts such as Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), Partner Experience (PX), and Employee Experience (EX). Hyundai AutoEver plans to strengthen its competitiveness by consistently maintaining digital experiences across various products and services through the DX Center.
Executive Director Kim Ji-hyun has worked as a DX expert for approximately 26 years across diverse fields including Information Technology (IT), manufacturing, logistics, finance, and healthcare. She served for over 12 years in leadership roles at Samsung SDS, including UX Group Head and CX General Executive Director, and oversaw UX design quality at Cisco’s WebEx UX team. Throughout her career in various organizations, she has won more than 60 awards at the world’s top three design competitions, including the Red Dot Design Award, iF Design Award, and IDEA Award.
Executive Director Kim emphasized, "Based on my expertise and experience, I will implement innovative, customer-centered DX strategies and further enhance Hyundai AutoEver’s business competitiveness in the global market."
