Shortcut to ‘Munseo24’ Added in ‘Frequently Used Civil Services’ on the Website
Save Time and Costs with Non-Face-to-Face Services... Reduce Paper Use for Environmental Protection
Jungnang-gu (District Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) has improved the main screens of the district office website to make it easier for residents to use the Ministry of the Interior and Safety’s electronic document submission service, ‘Munseo24’.
Since the main screen was revamped last July, the Jungnang-gu website has been organized to allow users to check major civil services at a glance, placing frequently used services at the top of the website for user convenience.
In this recent improvement, a shortcut icon was added to the ‘Frequently Used Civil Services’ section to enhance accessibility to the ‘Munseo24’ service, which is available for both individuals and businesses.
‘Munseo24’ is a service provided by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety that allows companies, organizations, and individuals to submit or receive electronic documents online through a non-face-to-face system.
Through this service, residents can submit documents without visiting in person or using postal mail, saving time and costs.
Additionally, by reducing the use of paper documents, it helps prevent resource waste and minimizes issues related to document loss and security. It can be used immediately after signing up without installing any separate programs.
With this website improvement, it is expected that residents will be able to access the ‘Munseo24’ service more easily and quickly, experiencing the convenience of non-face-to-face services without unnecessary administrative procedures.
Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, stated, “We will continue to make efforts to enhance residents’ convenience and activate non-face-to-face administrative services,” adding, “We will do our best to provide useful services that reduce unnecessary paper document use and offer real benefits to residents.”
