GS Construction has secured a redevelopment project worth a total of 392.9 billion KRW in Manchon 3-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
On the 10th, GS Construction announced the contract signing for this redevelopment project through a public disclosure, stating that the amount corresponds to approximately 2.9% of its recent sales revenue (13.4366 trillion KRW).
This project involves the construction of a large-scale complex consisting of 10 apartment buildings with 864 units and auxiliary welfare facilities, ranging from 4 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, located at 866-3 Manchon 3-dong.
Through this contract, GS Construction is expected to strengthen its position in the redevelopment market of the Daegu region and continue its steady business expansion.
