Atomic Golf is a recently opened large-scale complex cultural space in Las Vegas, USA. It is filled with entertainment facilities such as hotels, casinos, and indoor golf courses. The building has four floors above ground, and the outdoor golf practice area alone covers about 28,000㎡, equivalent to the size of four soccer fields.
Upon entering the lobby of the building, which has an open structure in the center, visitors are immediately drawn to the massive LG Electronics LED signage wall (series name: LSCA) that fills an entire floor wall, measuring 11.5 meters wide and 3.5 meters high. This product supports 4K (3,840×2,160) resolution, delivering bright and clear image quality even inside stores with numerous lights installed. Additionally, its bezel-less design allows multiple panels to be connected to create a large screen without any visual discomfort, providing excellent viewing immersion. Visitors can watch sports games while enjoying drinks in the sofa area set up in the lobby.
On the 4th floor VIP room, there is LG Electronics' 136-inch ultra-high-definition micro LED 'LG Magnit.' Visitors can experience the overwhelming image quality and vivid color expression unique to self-emissive displays, allowing them to appreciate the speed of fast-paced sports games and subtle changes in players' expressions, feeling as if they are at the stadium.
The store features a total of 103 independent golf hitting zones from the 1st to the 4th floor. While enjoying games with the night view of Las Vegas and the natural desert landscape in the background, various game information can be checked on the 49-inch 'LG Digital Signage' installed next to the hitting zones.
LG Digital Signage is based on the proprietary smart TV platform 'webOS' and offers bright image quality that is clearly visible even under direct sunlight, durability suitable for the desert-surrounded environment of Las Vegas (certified with IP56 and IK10 ratings), and convenience features such as transmitting UHD high-resolution video with a single cable and supporting internet, USB, and IR connections.
In particular, LG Electronics considered the spatial characteristics requiring real-time management of hundreds of installed signage units. Collaborating with AV control software company 'Savi Control' and signage installation specialist 'Simply Connected,' it provides an optimal management solution. Store managers can easily remotely control and manage 'LG Digital Signage' in real time from anywhere within the store using smartphones, tablets, or PCs.
In addition to the golf practice facilities, more than 250 LG Digital Signage units are installed throughout the store, allowing visitors to enjoy various videos, including popular sports, while drinking or playing games.
Brian Burkbeckler, Senior Vice President of Atomic Golf, said, "Through collaboration with LG Electronics, we have enhanced customer satisfaction with the diverse lineup and excellent performance of LG Digital Signage, establishing a stable operating network with a convenient control system and maintenance."
An LG Electronics official said, "Based on a signage lineup with differentiated performance and convenience, we will continue to lead the B2B premium display market through customized solutions for various business spaces."
