Gyeonggi Hanam City (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) announced on the 10th that, aiming to resolve the chronic public transportation inconvenience in the Bukwirye area, it has obtained consent from Seoul City, Gyeonggi Province, and transportation operators through multiple consultations, and decided to extend the starting point of city bus No. 36 from Wirye Loreaviang stop to Macheon Station stop.
Additionally, to address the potential increase in intervals between buses due to the longer route, the city will simultaneously add one more bus to maintain the existing bus intervals.
An official from Hanam City stated, “We expect that connecting city bus No. 36 to Macheon Station will partially improve public transportation services in the Bukwirye area, and we will continue to pay attention and strive to provide convenient public transportation services for citizens.”
