Chonju University and Spretex Join Hands to Discover and Nurture Local Talent

Jeonju University (President Park Jinbae) and Spretex Co., Ltd. (CEO Won Taekyung) have joined hands to discover and nurture local talent.

Jeonju University announced on the 10th that it had signed a business agreement on the 9th in Room 201 of the College of Business Administration to foster professional talent and strengthen mutual competitiveness.

This agreement aims to provide Jeonju University students with a wide range of internship and employment training opportunities, with the goal of cultivating practical expertise and creative, industry-ready talent.

The signing ceremony was attended by eight representatives from both organizations, including Lee Jaejun, Director of Spretex, and Kim Hyojin, Dean of Jeonju University, as well as more than 20 participating students.

The main contents of the agreement include: ▲Strengthening industry-academia cooperation and networking ▲Joint development and operation of customized curricula for students of the College of Business Administration ▲Providing educational infrastructure and active employment support for business students ▲Mutual cooperation for sharing recruitment information and promotional support.

Kim Hyojin, Dean of Jeonju University, said, "We expect this agreement to be a great opportunity to enhance students' job competency and employability," and added, "We will continue to establish cooperative systems with leading companies so that our business students can acquire the practical skills needed in society and successfully find employment."

Lee Jaejun, Director of Spretex Co., Ltd., stated, "We will do our best to design and operate talent development programs that reflect the needs of society and companies, so that students can not only learn theory but also build practical skills and ultimately grow into globally competitive professionals."
