31 Performances in 15 Cities Including the US, Mexico, and Japan
Kicking Off at KSPO Dome in Seoul from February 28 to March 2
Group BTS member J-Hope (real name Jung Hoseok) is embarking on his first solo world tour after 12 years since his debut.
On the 10th, his agency Big Hit Music announced that J-Hope will hold the 'J-Hope Tour 'HOPE ON THE STAGE'' at the KSPO Dome (Gymnastics Stadium) in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, from February 28 to March 2.
'HOPE ON THE STAGE' is J-Hope's first solo world tour. Big Hit Music explained the tour name as meaning "'J-Hope on the stage' while also conveying the hope, wishes, and dreams that he and the audience desire, which will be expressed in various forms through the stage."
On this stage, he will perform live for the first time songs included in his special album 'HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1,' which is themed around his roots.
Following Seoul, J-Hope will meet fans worldwide with 31 performances across 15 cities, including North American cities such as Brooklyn, Chicago, and Mexico City, as well as Manila, Saitama, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Macau, Taipei, and Osaka.
Earlier, on the 5th, J-Hope posted a New Year's message on the fan community Weverse, saying, "I hope 2025 will be a year where everyone blossoms beautifully. I sincerely support your first steps of the new year more than anyone else." He added, "This year will be very important for me as well. I will show you many things."
All three Seoul performances will be held offline with simultaneous online live streaming. Considering the large wildfires in California, details regarding the North American performances will be announced later.
Through Weverse, J-Hope expressed, "I am truly saddened and deeply concerned by the news of the severe wildfire damage in the California area," adding, "I hope everyone can meet safely and healthily."
