The legal team representing President Yoon Suk-yeol has filed an information disclosure request to verify the identities of over 150 individuals, including prosecutors from the High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Unit (Gongsoocheo) and police officers, who were involved in executing the first arrest warrant.
On the 9th, Yoon's lawyer Yoon Gap-geun stated in a notice, "On the 3rd, the Gongsoocheo and the Police Agency's Special Unit unlawfully and invalidly executed an arrest warrant under the pretext of enforcement, intruding and obstructing the legitimate official duties of the Security Office's security personnel and causing injury."

He added, "An information disclosure request has been filed to identify the names and affiliations of approximately 150 individuals, including 30 unnamed Gongsoocheo prosecutors and investigators, and 120 police special unit members."
The president's legal team believes these individuals are subject to charges including obstruction of official duties with special circumstances and causing injury, unlawful entry into a specially constructed building, damage to public property, and violations of the Military Bases and Military Facilities Protection Act. They plan to take additional legal action once the identities of those involved in executing the arrest warrant are confirmed through the information disclosure request.
Previously, on the 6th, the president's legal team filed a complaint with the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office against 11 individuals, including Gongsoocheo Chief Oh Dong-woon and National Investigation Headquarters Chief Woo Jong-su, on charges of abuse of authority, obstruction of official duties, and dereliction of duty.
