The Sharp Ravionde is the largest branded complex in Jeollabuk-do. It is being built by redeveloping the reporter's village, consisting of 28 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,226 households. Among these, 1,426 units will be available for general sale. Special supply applications start on the 20th, followed by first-priority applications on the 21st and second-priority applications on the 22nd. Winners will be announced on the 31st. The official contract period is from the 11th to the 14th of next month. Move-in is scheduled for June 2028.

For first-priority applicants, anyone aged 19 or older residing in Jeollabuk-do who has held a subscription savings account for at least six months and meets the deposit requirements by region and area can apply. Regardless of the number of houses owned, homeowners also qualify for first-priority applications, and there are no restrictions on re-winning. Both special and general supply allow overlapping applications between spouses. The down payment is 10% of the sale price, with the first installment fixed at 10 million KRW.

Within a 300-meter radius of the complex are Jeonju Dong Elementary School, Pungnam Elementary School, Shinil Middle School, and Jeonju High School, allowing for walking-distance commuting. Nearby facilities such as Homeplus, Gaekridan-gil, and Hanok Village provide easy access to various cultural and convenience amenities, and green spaces like Girin Park and Ajung Lake Ecological Park are also close by.

The complex is primarily oriented southward with ample spacing between buildings, providing a sense of openness. Specialized floor plans featuring pantries, alpha rooms, and dressing rooms are applied, and each household is provided with a storage room. Community facilities within the complex include a fitness center, G·X room, an indoor golf practice range equipped with screens at every tee, a Pilates room, a sauna with hot and cold baths, a small library, and a kids' room.

A POSCO E&C sales representative stated, "Just as all The Sharp branded complexes sold in Jeonju last year achieved excellent results, The Sharp Ravionde will also capture the hearts of local residents this year with its large scale and differentiated design."
