Selection of 13 Job Participants from Employment-Vulnerable Residents

Yeongdeungpo-gu (District Mayor Choi Ho-kwon) announced that it is recruiting participants for the "2025 First Half Regional Community Job Project" until January 13.
This project is promoted to provide jobs reflecting local characteristics to vulnerable employment groups, revitalize the local economy, secure the sustainability of jobs, and support the livelihood stability of participants.
This year’s first half project will recruit 13 people across a total of 7 fields.
The main recruitment fields include ▲Multicultural Family Supporters Project ▲Yangpyeong Retention Basin Management Project ▲Vulnerable Group House Repair Project ▲Ecological Park and Village Maintenance Project, among others.
The working period will run for five months from February 3 to June 30, and working hours will be up to 30 hours per week for those under 65 years old, and up to 15 hours per week for those 65 and older. The wage is 10,030 KRW per hour (minimum hourly wage), and enrollment in the four major insurances, snack expenses, paid weekly holidays, and annual leave allowances will be provided separately.

Eligibility requires that, as of the project start date, applicants must have their resident registration address in Yeongdeungpo-gu, be 18 years or older with work ability, have a median income of 70% or less, and total assets of 499 million KRW or less.
Residents wishing to participate can apply by visiting the resident center of their local jurisdiction. For more details, check the "Recruitment Information" board on the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office website or contact the Job and Economy Division of the district office.
The selection results will be posted on the district website on January 27, and the final selected candidates will be individually notified by the relevant project department.
This year, the district plans to reopen the "Integrated Job Support Center" to systematically support residents with public and private job information and various recruitment and job-seeking services.
